In addition to simplifying the process from decision in principle (DIP) to full mortgage application (FMA). The platform offers enhancements to standard procedures like case tracking and document upload, along with new additional features that will provide value to both you and your clients.
What can I expect from the new mortgage platform?

- Freedom to work in a way that suits you, with the option to navigate between application sections as you talk with your client
- Ability to edit existing applications without the need to clone or duplicate work
- Option to add your client's solicitor details during application, with direct integration with our conveyancing panel manager
- Ability to capture your client’s additional support requirements, ensuring they receive the support they need, in a way that suits them
How do I start?
You can access the new mortgage platform using your existing login details. We've also prepared a list of FAQs to guide you through the process.
For questions about live or existing cases on the previous platform, you can refer to our legacy system FAQs or reach out to your local BDM.

If you encounter any issues or have suggestions while using the platform, please get in touch. You can send an email to intermediary.lending@newcastle.co.uk, including your Case ID, details about the problem area (e.g. DIP, mortgage details), and screenshots if needed.
