Making owning a home easier with Shared Ownership
We provide mortgage options to help first-time homebuyers and those looking to move up the property ladder. These mortgages are designed to support the Shared Ownership scheme. Which allows applicants with a combined income of up to £80,000 (£90,000 in London) to purchase or upgrade their home.
With Shared Ownership, buyers can own a portion of a property and pay rent on the rest. This method lets buyers begin with a smaller deposit and increase their ownership over time. Offering an alternative and more accessible path to owning a home.
