Launching new 3-year fixed rate products

We've listened to your feedback and to give your clients more flexibility in this market, we’ve launched 3-year fixed rate products. They're available for both house purchases and remortgages, up to 80% LTV. Plus, we've included fee assisted options to support clients who need a bit of extra help with costs. 

Featured products: 

• 4.90% Fixed to 31/07/2028 (APRC 6.6%), maximum 80% LTV, £999 completion fee. 
• 5.10% Fixed to 31/07/2028 (APRC 6.6%), maximum 80% LTV, no completion fee, free standard valuation.  

Both products have an early repayment charge of 3% (to 31/07/2026), 2% (to 31/07/2027) and 1% (to 31/07/2028).
