We’re increasing the maximum loan sizes for standard residential mortgages:
- Maximum loan size at 65% LTV has increased from £1.5m to £3m
- Maximum loan size at 80% LTV has increased from £1m to £2m
This change applies to all standard residential loans, including purchase and remortgage. For clients needing loans beyond these limits, our Enhanced+ range offers loans up to £3.5m with up to 6x income.
