New 70% LTV and refreshed 60% LTV products

We've launched a new range of 70% LTV products and reduced rates across our existing 60% LTV range. 

Featured products: 

• 60% LTV: 4.55% Fixed to 31/05/27 (APRC 6.7%), £999 fee. 
• 70% LTV: 4.99% Fixed to 31/05/27 (APRC 6.8%), no fee, free standard valuation, and free legal fees (if using one of our nominated solicitors). 

Both products have an Early Repayment Charge of 2% (to 31/05/26) and 1% (to 31/05/27).
