Reduced existing customer rates and new three year options

We’ve reduced rates across our existing customer five year range by up to 0.35% and introduced a new range of three year products up to 95% LTV.  

Transferring with us: 

• Apply online using our product transfer tool - no paperwork needed 
• Lock in a new rate up to 3 months before maturity* 
• Earn a 0.30% procuration fee 

*If rates fall again, you can choose another rate up to two weeks before the new product starts.
