We've reduced rates on our Interest Only retention products, with competitive rates starting from 3.99% (70% LTV).

The updated range is available exclusively to existing customers and aims to provide a competitive solution for clients approaching maturity.

Key features include:

  • Rates from 3.99% (70% LTV)
  • Online product transfer tool - making it quick and easy
  • Option to secure a new rate up to 3 months ahead of maturity*
  • Procuration fee of 0.30% payable on completion

* If rates fall, clients can switch to a new rate up to 2 weeks before maturity.
