We are always looking to improve our processes to help you better support your clients and we’re pleased to share that we have improved our valuation fee structure.
The previous fee structure had 16 tiers, with fees ranging from £240 for a property worth up to £100,000 to £1,495 for a property worth up to £5 million.
The new structure uses a blended fee approach to simplify and reduce the amount of tiers and provide significant cost savings for clients.
For clients buying a property worth £250,000 or less, there is no cost for their valuation. This enhancement will also allow us to process applications quicker.
The new fee structure is outlined below.
